A college professor once called me a bon-vivant. I’m a life-long movie and music fan, a wandering traveller who loves to solo trek whenever the opportunity arises.
I’ve got two sons, Miles and Luke. While I currently live in Austin, Texas, I was born Gen X and raised in a small town near Columbus, Ohio – the Buckeye state. I’ve previously lived in New York City and Los Angeles for a bit.
My favorite places to visit: Iceland, Paris, London, Vancouver Island and Sonoma, California. Some of my favorite movies: The Road Warrior, Cinema Paradiso, The Conformist, Network, Midnight in Paris, Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now, To Live and Die in LA, Before Sunrise.
I’ve worked in the legal profession and the entertainment business. I own a music-management-publishing company, Triple Pop, and a film company Filmtheory. I’m a Voting Member of The Recording Academy, the organization behind the GRAMMY Awards.

“But you cannot wind the clock back in this life, not even two seconds. Everything that has happened stays happened. Everything has consequences.”
