Travel Flashback: Wyoming (2006)

In 2006, I went to Jackson Hole for a family reunion with my mom and her side of the family, whom I’m now mostly estranged from, unfortunately.

We stayed at a private luxury resort across the border in Teton Springs, Idaho.   Some highlights I remember:

Yellowstone National Park, although, we quickly drove though it in just one day, it was stunning – the waterfalls, geysers, everything.  A magical place.

Jenny Lake, beneath the Grand Tetons, is one of the most beautiful places I’ve been in my life.   I rented a kayak and boated out on the lake.  It was serene and visually amazing.
